Deposit / Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time reservations are booked. Payments may be made as follows:

  • Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover
    (2.5% credit card fee applies)

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit per person is required to hold all itineraries. As each tour is custom, the deposit amount may vary but remains non-refundable.

  • Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to travel.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Lofted Links and are subject to the following per person cancellation charges:

  • More than 90 days before arrival:
    Amount of deposit paid plus any penalties imposed by third-party vendors (golf courses, hotels, etc.)

  • Less than 90 days before arrival:
    100% of the total trip cost per person

Note: If one member of a party cancels, it may affect the total package price for the remaining travelers.

Amendments / Changes

Any customer-initiated changes (dates, names, courses, tee times, etc.) more than 30 days after booking are subject to:

  • A $50 change fee per traveler

  • Any price increases due to vendor upgrades or re-pricing

  • Reductions in vendor costs will be applied to the final balance

All golf packages will be re-priced at the time of the requested change, and any cost differences must be paid immediately.

Note: All rates and fares that make up your tour are subject to change prior to final payment based on vendor pricing.

Responsibility

Lofted Links functions as a third-party intermediary. We do not directly supply services such as accommodations, transportation, or golf. As such, Lofted Links is not liable for:

  • Losses or breaches of contract by vendors

  • Errors, omissions, or negligent actions by third-party providers

  • Injury, delay, lost baggage, service substitutions, cancellations, double bookings, or force majeure events

Additionally, Lofted Links is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Acts of God

  • Acts of government

  • War, terrorism, riots, hijackings, or civil disturbances

  • Theft or any other unforeseen events beyond our control

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself from the unexpected. You are solely responsible for obtaining coverage, and Lofted Links does not carry or provide insurance for your protection.

Confidentiality

All confidential information shared between the client and Lofted Links shall remain private and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent from either party.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Lofted Links and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all:

  • Claims

  • Losses

  • Damages

  • Legal fees and court/arbitration costs

...arising from any breach of this agreement unless such actions were explicitly approved by Lofted Links. This indemnification will survive the conclusion of this agreement.

Force Majeure

All services booked through Lofted Links are provided by third-party vendors. If a trip is postponed, cancelled, or relocated due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Inclement weather

Lofted Links’ liability is limited to offering a comparable trip within 2 years, subject to any necessary price adjustments. No refunds will be issued for such disruptions.
